Happy Halloween from Rubbernecker Stamps

I love this Candy Corn set from Rubbernecker Stamps.  I colored it with my Copics and added a ghost and some ribbon from May Arts.

Walking Dead Zombie Blog Hop

How many of you out there are Walking Dead Fans!!
Both the owners of SBS and AHAM sure are!! But you probably knew that!

Today is the premier of The Walking Dead Season 7!

We are hosting an AWESOME FUN blog hop for this premier today!

Winter Fun! Team 2 - October 23rd Inspiration

Hi, welcome to another Rubbernecker Stamps blog team post!  See the rest of the teams post here.

Today I used:
snowman with present - #963-03
penguin with glasses - #659-09
watercolor Forest - #972
Snowflake Panel - #482
Tis the season - #981-05
you get socks - #981-09


I colored the snowman and Penguin with my Copics and fussy cut an additional present from the Snowman.
Red: R59, R29 and R22
Green: G99, G94, G21 and YG03
Silver: C7, C5, C3 and C1
Grey shadow: W3, W1 and W00



I stamped the Watercolor trees in FSJ Green Olive ink and add some snow caped branches with Liquid Applique.    I stamped the Snowflake Panel on all three white "snow hills" to show the falling snow and I stamped in FSJ Silver ink.  I put the penguin on a slider holding a present to give to the snowman.  I also put glossy accents on the penguin's glasses.

I also used Rubbernecker Stamps Watercolor paper on this card.  Pattern paper Fall Blessings from Carta Bella and FSJ Dark Roast Silk sprayed over the top.  Natural Journey Thread is also from FSJ, as is the solid cardstock.

Breast Cancer T-Shirt - Oct 21st inspiration

Be sure to visit the Cutting Cafe Blog on the 7th and 21st of every month for our design teams inspirational post in which by leaving a comment you will be entered into a drawing to win 3 FREE sets of your choice from the online store. 

Now on to this weeks inspiration!  For this week, we could use any of the following sets under this link...  I chose to use Breast Cancer T-shirt Set.  




I cut the fight out of the T-shirt and then popped up the pink ribbon on foam squares.  I sanded the paper to give it a distressed look and then added glitter to the FIGHT and two stripes at the bottom.

Oct 9th - Team 2 Inspiration

For this card I used:

Magic of the Season - #980-09




I embossed a sheet of acetate with the snowflake embossing folder and then popped up the acetate on foam squares. 



Solid Cardstock is Kiwi Slice from Fun Stampers Journey, pattern paper is from Stampin Up, Glitter is from Sparkle and Sprinkle.

Christmas Fun - October 5thth Inspiration.

 Christmas is in the air at Rubbernecker Stamps and I am so excited to bring you this Christmas inspiration.

For this card I used:

I colored the snowman with my Copics:
Hat: W9, W7, W5 and W3
Scarf: R59, R29, R24 and R22
Nose: YR18 and YR15
Leaves and Presents: G99, G94 and YG03
Snowman: W3, W1 and W00
Ice: B000
Bird: B04 and B00
Arms: E59 and E55


Paper is Authentique Cozy Collection.  Glossy accents on the ice and Liquid Applique on the snow.  Viva Pearl Pen in black for the eyes and buttons.  Zing Wave embossing powder for the Snow Flake frame.

BOO card - Cafe Inspiration Oct 7th

It's all about Halloween at the Cafe this week!  I used one of the 3 Halloween Treat Cup Cards.



I used the BOO card and filled it with Recces Pieces!  I printed the Ghostly Treats and Minc'd it with orange foil.

The cute little Ghost is also from this file and then I added faux stitching around the B, O and ghost.
