June Krafty Peeks....Day Three plus a Challenge featuring FROM THE OTTER SIDE !

Welcome back to Day THREE of our JUNE Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Our last stamp set for this month is a FURRY fabulous set by artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen!!
I mean HOW absolutely adorable is this???

It's called FROM THE OTTER SIDE!

This adorable new summer set contains several fluffy little otters, lots of fun little accessory stamps plus FIVE otter-ly wonderful sentiments! ;)

Now don't forget!!! It's also CHALLENGE DAY and as always, during release week the theme is ANYTHING GOES!!! So create a card, scrapbook page or altered item with a Kraftin' Kimmie stamp!! Use any sketch, any design, any embellishments because Anything Goes! Have some krafty fun and join us this week because we'd LOVE to see your KKS designs. Don't forget about the New Krafty Kolours Ink!

I stamped the otter in Krafty Kolours Marvelous Mocha ink and water-colored him with the same color.  His cheeks are done with Raspberry Rose and his nose and shell are done with Wicked Black.  The fish and shells were stamped with Wicked Black Krafty Kolours ink and water-colored with Raspberry Rose, Mermaid Melody and Lovely Lagoon.

I created the water background paper using Yupa paper and alcohol inks.  I used various blues and one blue-green to give it a dark water look.  

I die cut some cloud pattern paper and added it to the top of the water and added a piece of mirror cardstock over the seam. I stamped the sentiment and hearts from the set in Mermaid Melody and Raspberry Rose to finish off the card.
