I chose to use this super cute image From the Otter Side

My Favorite color is Red!!  I thought these otters would be so cute colored up with red hearts!  I stamped the Otters in Marvellous Mocha Kraftin Koulors Ink.
Copics:
Otters: E29, E25 and E21
Red Hearts: R59, R29 and R22
Nose: R22 and R20
Water:BG49, BG45, BG23 and BG11

I die cut three waves plate dies and layered them all together in FSJ Blue Lagoon, Cool Pool and Whip Cream.  I then used Pomegranate Splash for the card base and scalloped circle mat.   I finished it off with red seam binding ribbon and sequins.

Thanks for stopping by,
