Design Team Challenge #2

Used the Birdie Banner cut at 4 inches from Birthday Bash.
Embossed the Blue layer and the plastic overlay with the large polka dots embossing folder.
My friend stamp and border from Unity Stamps and cut with Spellbinders die.
