I used Lil Miss Sassy Pants.

I colored her with my Copics:

Hair: E29, E25 and E21
Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00 and E000 with R20Red: R29 and R22
Blue: B99, B97, B95, B93 and B91
Green: G28, G24, G21 and YG03
Yellow: Y19, Y15 and Y11

I added a strip of Nuvo Green glitter to the top, a doily and sequins scattered around to finish it off.
