I used The Oceans of Love stamp set
I colored the cute little whale with Copics:
Whale: W9, W7, W5 and W3
Water: B39, B34 and B32

I sponged some tumbled glass Distress Ink over a cloud stencil to create the background and then colored the water in with Copics.  I added a black pearl pen drop to the whales eye, to make it pop since he was colored in black.

I added some pattern paper in a wave die cut and finished the card off with the enamel dots.

Thanks for stopping by,
