Craft Planner Clipboard!

Be sure to visit the Cutting Cafe Blog on the 7th and 21st of every month for our design teams inspirational post in which by leaving a comment you will be entered into a drawing to win 3 FREE sets of your choice from the online store.

For this weeks assignment we used the Craft Planner Set.  Make sure you check out all of the DT's projects because they will have some fantastic planners to show you!!

I did something a little different.  I chose to alter a clip board and to focus on a few sheets from the Craft Planner Set.  I am a glitter junkie and love Sparkle N Sprinkles Glitter, so my post focuses on the Glitter sheets.

Here is the front of the clipboard

Here is the back.

I use these in two different ways.
The first is as a shopping list, so I don't purchase duplicates (trust me when I say this has happened before)!!!!

Secondly I use it as a swatch sheet when I am looking for a matching or contrasting color, I can hold the planner sheet up to my project and see which color I want to use.

There are many different ways to utilize this set!  How will you use it?

Thanks for stopping by.

Storage Mix and Match Embossing Folder

I purchased the Anna Griffin Mix and Match Embossing folders when they were on HSN, you can see them here.

I was struggling on how to store the inserts so they would be easy to use.  I cam up with this.

I used a Fridge Binz 4 x15 for the inserts, I purchased mine here.

I cut the red plastic dividers at 3 1/4 x 4 3/4 and mounted the shape to the front and a magnet strip to the back for the die.

I then cut the white image sheet to 2 3/4 x 4 and embossed each image.

This way I can quickly look for a sentiment and know what shape embossing folder it corresponds to.

My embossing folders are stored in the 8 x15 Fridge Binz and you can find that here.

Links on the plastic dividers are on my Original Stamp Storage post.
