For this card I used:

Snowflake Package - 659-05

Merry Christmas with swirls - 983-03

I embossed the snowflake package in gold and popped it up on the cranberry bliss cardstock. 

I matted the pattern cardstock on mate gold cardstock.

Tonic Display Stand

I just wanted to share the awesome Nuvo Display Stand that I just received.  I don't work for tonic, I just love their products and love this storage option and wanted to pass it along.  

It’s perfect to display my Nuvo drops and Nuvo Embellishment Mouse.  You can find the Stand here.  

You can see the bottom row with the Embellishment Mousse in it.  You can fit 3 per row and there are six rows on each level. 

This is my finished stand.  You can see all my Nuvo drops and Embellishment Mousse.  I love that I can see everything and its easy to grab and use.

I colored Santa with Copic Markers:

Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00 and E000

Red: R59, R29, R24 and R22

Black: W9, W7, W5 and W3

Beard: W3 and W1

I added Liquid Applique to the white fluffy parts of Santa to make them fluffy!

For this weeks assignment we needed to use the Pie Slice box.  How fun this box would be anytime of year to send home a piece of pie!

I water-colored the snowman and background.  I added a resin snowman and two glitter snowflakes.

The ribbon and solid cardstock are from FSJ.

Ahhhhhh!

I am back with another incredible image from SBS!  This cutie is First Cup Cassandra.

I colored her with my Copics:
Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00 and E000 with R20
Hair: E29, E25 and E21
Red: R59, R29, R24 and R22
Blue: B99, B97, B95, B93 and B91
White: T1

I added a doily cut out of blue mirror paper and foiled the Ahhhh, to give the card some sparkle.

For this weeks assignment we could use any Christmas Set.  I chose to use the Christmas Borders set and I used the stocking. 

I cut the border out and cut 6 little stockings to layer over the top and then I cut one larger stocking out of felt for the front of my card.

I used the Ornament set for the Christmas Wishes greeting.

I cut the snow hills out of white glitter paper and stamped the sentiment directly onto the pattern paper.  I added some liquid pearls for buttons and liquid applique for snow.  The wooden snowflakes are from FSJ.

Thanksgiving Poem #984

I inked the paper with Tim Holtz Distress Oxide ink and then sprinkled it with water.  I then stamped the poem stamp in Black Licorice FSJ Ink.

The Turkeys and sign are from Button Up.

How sweet would it be to take this to a friend who is feeling under the weather or to take to a Party!

The paper is from Basic Grey and I thought that red stripe looked like candy canes.  I added the optional trim in white around the top and fished it off with rick-rack.

Secret Pumpkin Mug Swap

Over on the SBS Facebook page some of us participated in a secret pumpkin mug swap.  Think Secret Santa for Halloween.

This is what I received from my "secret" swap partner.

For this weeks card I used:

Halloween set 2 #474

I colored this little cutie with my Copic and then added some ghost and web glitter die cuts.  The bats are done with Deco Foil transfer gel and black foil on the night sky pattern paper.

The sentiment also comes from this set.

Jack-O-Latern Trio

I am back with another incredible image from SBS!  Welcome to the 13 images of Halloween with SBS.  Meet the Jack-O-Latern Trio.  You can get all 13 in a bundle here.   

Part of the Fun with these new images is to showcase your favorite color combo.  For the Jack-O-Latern Trio the favorite color was Orange.

I used:
Orange: E15, YR09, YR07 and YR04
Stems: E18, E15 and YG95
Leaf: YG95 and YG93
Grass: G85, G28, G24 and YG03

I added pattern paper, so orange foil to the sentiment, a glitter pumpkin border and an enamel Pumpkin.  Solid cardstock and ribbon are FSJ.

For this weeks assignment we could use any set in the Cafe.  I always love these weeks, but it is so hard to choose!!  I chose the Acorn Shaped Card.

I chose to use the acorn top with dashes, but there is also a plain version if you don't want the dash lines cut.

I added FSJ orange ribbon and foiled the sentiment (also in the set) in Orange foil.

Part of the Fun with these new images is to showcase your favorite color combo.  For Binx, the showcase color is Black.  What is your favorite Black?

Pink: R20 with W2
