Beautiful Tree - December 18th

For this card I used:
Under the Tree 981-06
Christmas Tree #3 971-03



For this card I embossed the tree in clear sparkle embossing powder and then I rubbed Tim Holtz distress ink in seedless preserves over the top.  The pattern paper is from Bo Bunny and the solid is Pretty Pansy from Fun Stampers Journey.  The snowflakes  and tinsel trim are also from FSJ.

I chose to use the Wine Glass Shaped Card



I cut Cricut glitter paper to make the Champaign in the glass.  I used a die to cut the Happy New Year.

For this card I stamped the kitty in clear pigment ink and then pounced Pan Pastels in red and silver over the kitty.  I added sparkle and glossy accents to the star and sparkle to the lights.

Snowman treat bottle - Dec 7th Inspiration

Now on to this weeks inspiration!  For this week we need to take a can or a jar and decorate it using any of the Christmas sets.

I chose to use a Milk Bottle and the Snowman Shaped Card




I cut the buttons and face in vinyl and adhered to the bottle.  I tied some ribbon around the neck of the jar and then added the arms to the back of the bottle in cardstock so they would stick out to the side. 
 
I added a Santa Hat to the snowman to make a cute Holiday Gift!

 


This would be a cute way to give someone a little gift.

Holiday Cheer - November 30th

For this Card I used:
Snowflakes and Stardust Set - 481



I stamped the tree in Sweet Berry ink from FSJ and then embossed the snowflakes over the top.  I used a few of the snowflakes on the arrow pattern paper and finished it with then sentiment next to the tree.

I added a few rows of micro fine glitter and a row of gems.

I stamped the cornucopia with glue and then adhered metal flake to it.  Once the flake was on, I used Color Burts in Burnt Orange, Terre Verte, Lemon Yellow and Alizarin Crimson.

Fall Harvest - November 20th

For this card I used:
Cause a Scene - Scene #9 Fall Harvest - KKCSS009
Freehand Border Phrase set 900

If you have not looked at these "scene" stamps before, you should!  They have lots of elements you can use again and again for those finishing touches.



I just used the old truck, the pumpkins and a few of the grass springs.

The Old Truck was colored with Copics:
Rust: E18, E15 and E11
Truck: G99, G94, G24 and YG61
Tires: C8, C6 and C4
Windows: B0000 plus I added glossy accents

I stamped the grass springs in FSJ Old Olive and Pumpkin Bread ink.  Cocoa Powder crimp ribbon from FSJ and gems from my stash .
