I colored her with my Copics:
Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00 and E000
Hair: E29, E25, and E21
Pink: RV29, RV25, RV23 and RV21
White: C3 and C1
Cell: G85 and G82
Ground: C5, C3 and C1

For the clouds I used a stencil and tumbled glass Tim Holtz distress ink.  I added a fence and sun die cuts (La-La Land Crafts), doily and some flowers to finish of the card.
