Skin: E04, E11, E21, E00 and E000 with R20
Hair: RV69, RV66, Rv04 and RV02
Green: G28, YG17 and YG13
Blue: BG09, BG07, BG05 and BG01
I used mermaid themed paper and matching enamel dots to finish this card off.
